The villa itself is incredibly modern with high quality fixtures and fittings, providing the most comfortable of holidays. With chic design throughout, the villa has a light and airy feel to it along with plenty of space.
The large lounge and open plan dining area are wonderful places to relax during the evenings, making use of the huge flat screen TV and satellite channels. Full length glass doors allow plenty of sunlight and open out onto the pool terrace area.
The terrace has two areas shaded by canopies to provide some respite from the sunshine, the perfect spot to enjoy your lunchtime or evening meal. Cook up a feast on the barbecue and indulge in some of the local produce.
Reclining sun loungers are positioned around the pool to help you capture every last minute of the sunshine, whilst the private pool is great for children and adults to enjoy or cool off in. There is a separate jacuzzi section as an added bonus. Table tennis is set up outside as well, providing hours of fun for all the family.
 With the beach and the town being just a short stroll away, this villa commands a wonderful location for a holiday.Cala San Vicente is located close to Pollensa and offers lovely sandy beaches and beautifully clear waters. Smaller in size than Pollensa, Cala San Vicente provides a handful of shops, restaurants and cafes with various entertainment in the peak summer months.
