This well-maintained, modern villa is located a short drive from the historic town of Pollensa, where you can find history and culture from a great day out exploring. If you are looking for a more relaxing day, Puerto Pollensa has an array of beautiful sandy beaches and are also a short drive away from the villa.
Villa Carita consists of a contemporary and comfortable open-plan lounge/dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Leading out from the lounge through large patio doors is a well-presented terrace area and barbecue, perfect for the whole family to relax and dine in the sunshine. The large private pool is just beyond the terrace and provides welcome respite from the warm sunshine. Children will enjoy splashing about for hours.
Villa Carita has three bedrooms, one of which is a double with en-suite bathroom for convenience. The other two bedrooms are two twin rooms and they share a separate shower room.
There is plenty of space both inside and out of this villa, but with a wonderful pool and ample terrace areas, plus a garden too, you will spend most of your holiday taking advantage of the great sunny weather.Villa Carita is strategically nestled in between the delightful old town of Pollensa with its market, eateries and shops and the fancy resort of Puerto Pollensa.
