This two-bedroom villa is the ideal property for a small family, situated in the majestic foothills of Puig de María Villa Antonias is only a few minutes’ walk away from Pollensa. The villa features wonderful views and scenery, so you can sit back and relax in the surroundings.All set on one level, the villa has a spacious living/dining room with a homely, relaxing ambiance presenting exposed beams on the ceiling and modern white walls in an elegant design. There is a separate, complete kitchen from which you can cook up some summer feasts! The master bedroom is also on this level, and the second bedroom is in the loft which has a single bed with another pull-out trundle bed. This room would be ideal for children, as the roof is pitched, the headroom can be limited in areas. There is a bathroom with a shower, and a further bathroom on the terrace.  Where the charm of this villa meets the outdoor space, there is lovely sheltered terrace ideal for shading yourself if you need a break from the heat of the Spanish sun. There is a lawned area surrounding the desirable private swimming pool which has Roman style stairs so you can enter the pool in style. There is also a golf course nearby, perfect for Golf lovers. Villa Antonias has a great charm, has a romantic touch, and offers magnificent views. If you can resist the temptation to spend all your time relaxing in the villa and by the pool, there are restaurants close by and the town of Pollensa only a short walk away, so you can practise your Spanish speaking, try some Spanish tapas plates and drink some local wine!
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.
