Villa Emerald boasts a fantastic position within a private, gated development of luxury properties just a 2-minute car journey from the popular resort of Protaras. The villa is just a short stroll from helpful amenities including bars and restaurants as well a selection of wonderful beaches.
The modern, family-friendly villa has been beautifully designed with high-end, contemporary furnishings and amenities and can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests across five, luxurious en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main open-plan living accommodation which comprises of living and dining areas as well as a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, also on this level is the first of the double bedrooms. Guests can choose to use the stairs or take the private elevator to the first floor where a further three double bedrooms can be found, one of which even boasts its own private balcony which makes an excellent sun trap. Heading back downstairs, on the lower ground floor is the final double bedroom, a handy kitchenette and a luxurious Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day of relaxing on the beach!
Outside, the private swimming pool is brilliant for soaking up the Cyprus sunshine. Guests will enjoy the opportunity to dine al fresco making use of the covered dining facilities complete with handy barbecue, great for those looking to cook up a storm while on holiday!The private rooftop terrace is a real treat and makes a marvelllous spot for a quiet drink on a relaxed evening while enjoying the impressive sea views and beautiful Cyprus sunsets. The purpose-built resort of Protaras is just a 2-minute car journey away and offers visitors beautiful beaches that hug the rugged coastline, many of these beaches have Blue Flag status meaning they are clean and safe for the whole family. A range of bars and restaurants can be found along the main street. Among the most popular beaches are Konnos Bay and Fig Tree Bay, here a range of watersports can be found and there is a fun little island people can swim out too.
For those looking for a more lively trip, the popular resort of Ayia Napa is just a 10-minute car journey away. A larger range of clubs and bars can be found here along with fourteen more Blue Flag beaches. While, the resort is often associated with club nights and foam parties, there are also many quieter, more sophisticated cocktail bars on the seafront. There is plenty of family-friendly live entertainment here too.
Major nearby attractions include the ghost town of Varosha, just a 40-minute drive from Protaras, it once was a popular tourist resort but was deserted overnight during the Turkish invasion and is now an eerie but must-see spot. Just a short boat trip away is Cape Grecko park, perfect for nature lovers being an excellent spot for snorkelling as well as offering visitors excellent views from the top of the massive rock!
