On the ground floor is the main open-plan living accommodation which comprises of a living and dining area as well as a fully-equipped fitted kitchen. Heading upstairs are three double bedrooms, each boasting en-suite bathroom, while two have private balconies, excellent for enjoying the views! Heading back downstairs, on the lower ground floor area the remaining two double bedrooms as well as family bathroom and handy kitchenette, this area is ideal for those looking for a little more privacy from the rest of the group.
The real wow factor can be found outside with the dramatic scenery and uninterrupted sea views which can be enjoyed while enjoying a good book on one of the comfortable sun loungers. After too much sun, take a dip and cool off in the private pool while still soaking up the Cyprus sunshine! The covered dining terrace is the perfect spot to dine al fresco coming complete with barbecue, the canopy has removable sides making it great for those looking for an even more private dining experience. The villa holds a fantastic location in the popular Ayia Triada area, set directly behind Sirena beach with the closest restaurants reachable on foot and the local supermarket just a five-minute car journey away. The purpose-built resort of Protaras is less than 10 minutes away and offers visitors beautiful beaches that hug the rugged coastline, many of these beaches have Blue Flag status meaning they are clean and safe for the whole family. A range of bars and restaurants can be found along the main street. Among the most popular beaches are here are Pernera beach and Fig Tree bay.
For those looking for a livelier trip, the popular resort of Ayia Napa is just a 10-minute car journey away. A larger range of clubs and bars can be found here along with fourteen more Blue Flag beaches. While, the resort is often associated with club nights and foam parties, there are also many quieter, more sophisticated cocktail bars on the seafront. There is plenty of family-friendly live entertainment here too.
Major nearby attractions include the ghost town of Varosha, just a 40-minute drive from Protaras, it once was a popular tourist resort but was deserted overnight during the Turkish invasion and is now an eerie but must-see spot. Just a short boat trip away is Cape Grecko park, perfect for nature lovers being an excellent spot for snorkelling as well as offering visitors’ excellent views from the top of the massive rock!
