The villa itself is calm and tranquil, with simple homely furnishings and a laid-back ambience that would suit families and groups of friends that just want somewhere relaxed to return home to at the end of each day. The main living area is open plan, boasting a fully equipped kitchen, social dining area and cosy lounge. The round dining table sits at the heart of the kitchen, so you can sit around and chat, grabbing leftovers from the counter or more wine from the fridge! The lounge is split into two sections, one directed towards the television and the other offering a more social feel better for chatting the evening away. The open plan layout means conversations and laughter can flow throughout the room and as you open the patio doors, this flow of chatter can continue out into the sunshine.
Upstairs there are three good-sized bedrooms, all adopting the same neutral décor as the rest of the villa. There are two double bedrooms and a twin room that all share a modern family bathroom. Fitted wardrobes in each room offer plenty of storage for your belongings, so you can unpack and settle in. A couple of the rooms have access out to balconies that overlook the pool, so you can wake up and immediately soak in the holiday atmosphere.
Outside, Villa Aimilia boasts a generous terrace, with loads of room for you to spread out and enjoy the sunshine. The private swimming pool takes pride of place in front of the villa, bordered by sun loungers and big enough for you to all swim at the same time, be it a gentle set of lengths or a fun pool game. There is a ping pong table for the most competitive in your group, and a dining table for those who prefer to sit down with a glass of wine; something for everyone!Offering a tranquil setting just a fifteen-minute walk from the nearest beach as well as a selection of shops and restaurants, this fabulous holiday villa sets you in the centre of a multitude of resort amenities. Protaras is a beautiful beach resort, planted on the edge of Cyprus’s stunning coastline. With picturesque Venetian architecture and pretty pastel-coloured houses, you can explore along the cobbled streets to find your favourite eateries and hidden corners. Make sure you pack your camera as there are endless photo points, with budding photographers trying to capture the stunning blue azure of the sea.
For days on the beach, the nearby Fig Tree Bay beach is a popular choice. This golden sandy beach offers a beautiful boardwalk to walk along, golden sandy shores and crystal-clear waters to swim in. Marked by its lone fig tree, you can relax on the sand, reading books, strolling barefoot and swimming out to the picturesque island out in the bay. There are plenty of water sports on offer, with sea kayaking, parasailing and jet skiing for anyone who is more adventurous, exploring the coastline from a different angle.
The protected nature park area of Cape Greco is a must-visit during your stay, with snorkelling, scuba diving, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and much more available to you! The pine-tree lined forests outline beautiful natural landscapes for you to explore, as well as the hidden caves and features beneath the sea’s surface.
Ayia Napa is just a short drive away, with its lively nightlife, Venetian architecture and harbour front restaurants providing easy entertainment. Famous for its picturesque Venetian-era Ayia Napa Monastery there is plenty to explore. Frequented by families and groups of younger visitors alike, this pretty town is perfect if you want to enjoy a little bit more of a lively atmosphere.
