Villa Dalida is a modern villa with home comforts that you can truly settle into. Located within a few minutes’ drive of the resort centres of Kapparis, Pernera and Protaras and just a 10-minute walk from the beach, the location is perfect for exploring the beautiful south-east coast of Cyprus. The villa has three beautiful bedrooms and can accommodate six guests in complete comfort. 
The villa’s main living space is open plan. The stylish kitchen and homely décor create a warm and welcoming feel to the space, with patio doors that allow plenty of sunlight to flood in. The kitchen itself has plenty of room for preparing amazing feasts for all your guests, with a dining table next to the kitchen where you can sit back and relax, enjoy a view of the pool. The dining table is big enough for your whole group to gather together or you can choose to dine al-fresco on the terrace, firing up the barbecue for a summer feast. For those seeking some cosiness, the large sofa is irresistible. Positioned at the other end of the room, it acts as a cosy space for guests to put their feet up and enjoy some television, or just doze off after a long day of holidaying. 
The first floor is home to the villa’s three bedrooms. Each bedroom is bright and airy, designed to make you feel completely relaxed. With plenty of storage, you can unpack and settle in, making yourself at home. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is another double bedroom and a twin room that share a large family bathroom. Two of the three beautiful bedrooms offer fabulous sea views, so you can wake up letting your mind drift across the ocean. 
Stepping outside from the main living area, you will find yourself on the villa’s tranquil terrace. Bordered by a large sunny garden, you can enjoy long days of sunbathing and relaxing, dipping in and out of the pool to cool off. With the beach just a short stroll away and so much on offer in the surrounding area, Villa Dalida is the perfect spot to enjoy some summer sun. Villa Dalida is located just a ten-minute stroll from the nearest sandy beach and within a few minutes’ drive of the resort centres of Kapparis, Pernera and Protaras. With beautiful sea views from the bedrooms and the beach itself so nearby, you are in the perfect spot for enjoying the best of south-east Cyprus. 
Nearby Protaras is a scenic resort town on Cyprus’s south-east coast. The pretty town centre with its elegant Venetian architecture and pretty pastel-coloured houses is perfect for afternoons wandering and shopping, buying handcrafted souvenirs to take home to your loved ones. A variety of restaurants are scattered around the villa, with something for everyone, from child-friendly menus to special occasion meals. 
For beach lovers, the rugged coastline has plenty for you to explore. Fig Tree Bay with its lone fig tree and stretch of sandy beach, is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. You can lay down a towel and relax, topping up your tan and soaking in the holiday atmosphere. You can swim and snorkel in the calm, crystal-clear waters or take part in adrenaline-fuelled water sports like sea kayaking, parasailing and jet skiing. There is also an island you can swim out to and a boardwalk you can walk along.
Boat trips are a popular outing for most groups, with options to explore the nearby coastline, or you can even take a boat to the protected nature park area of Cape Greco, which offers superb snorkelling and scuba diving territory. On land, the nature park has pine-tree lined forest trails with spectacular nature, sea and cliff views and by sea, there are submerged caves, rock formations and canyons for beginner or pro scuba divers.
Ayia Napa is less than twenty minutes away, with tranquil beaches, water parks and a bustling nightlife for when you need a little break from tranquillity. The town’s main landmark is the picturesque Venetian-era Ayia Napa Monastery, which stands in the central square and is surrounded by bars and clubs.
