Stepping inside, the living space is delightfully open-plan, with a cosy lounge, dining table and kitchen set across the ground floor. A set of leather seating invites you to get comfortable and switch off after a long day of exploring the region, with a TV and sociable setting. Beside this is the lovely wooden dining set, with space for six for formal meal times. And at the far end of the room is the fully-equipped kitchen, ensuring you can fulfil all of your self-catering desires! Immediate garden access from both ends of the room creates a fabulous breeze which flows throughout the space and patio doors flood the room with a charming natural light.
The first bathroom is located on this ground floor, great for hosting or nipping in from the pool, while the second full family bathroom is on the first floor, alongside all three bedrooms. Out in your wonderful garden is a vast, beautiful pool terrace, with a vibrant array of tropical plants, garden furniture and of course a private pool! Pull up a lounger and spend the day dipping in and out of the pool, sunbathing and socialising. A fabulous dining area by the pool is the perfect spot to settle in for some sunshine and fresh air while enjoying some of the local delicacies! There’s even a barbeque for the perfect day of alfresco living. Tucked in the south-eastern coast of Cyprus, Pernera is a purpose-built family-friendly resort, surrounded by a sandy patchwork of beaches that blankets the rugged coastline. Only a couple of kilometres down the road you will find the buzzy resort of Protaras. It’s a fairly compact place, so you’ll find the lively bars and restaurants right on the main street, and for a truly wild night, head over to the nearby world-famous town of Ayia Napa where you can party late into the night in a whirlwind of colour! The clubs and bars of Ayia Napa are just a 10-minute taxi away, putting all this entertainment right at your fingertips.
Gastronomes will delight with a visit to Cyprus – the traditional Meze offers a whole variety of small hot and cold dishes, meanwhile kebabs, Mousaka or Kleftiko are also excellent traditional options. For an unforgettable day of action on the water, you should head to the exhilarating water sports hub at Protaras’ Fig Tree Bay offering water-skiing and surfing, alongside jet-skis and banana boats!
