Tucked in a beautiful location on the Palm Villa and Apartment complex, Villa Niso is a fabulously relaxing, modern and spacious home in a central location.
Step inside to enjoy these enchanting interiors, where an immense sofa along one side is dazzlingly lit by the patio door which runs along the back wall. There’s a satellite TV in front of the sofa and two cosy seats where you can lounge in comfort, as well as air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout. An airy, open-plan style leads you to the modern dining area for six, which in turn is next to the kitchen. Your fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for in a sparkling monochrome design brimming with modern appliances. There’s an additional guest WC on this floor, great for popping in from the pool. 
Head upstairs to the three magnificent bedrooms. The master bedroom is beautifully bright, with the sun streaming in through the balcony doors onto the large double bed, with views out over your private garden. There is a second double bed, and an additional twin room which also benefits from a fabulous balcony. The master suite has a wonderful ensuite bathroom while there is a full family bathroom shared between the other rooms. All three rooms enjoy air conditioning, as well as a dazzling modern design. 
Head outside to your spacious private garden, where a large pool sits at the heart of the traditionally styled terrace. There’s a gorgeous alfresco dining table to one side, so you can set up for a romantic meal under the stars or a big group lunch! A row of loungers around the pool is the perfect setting for a sun-kissed day in the fresh air. 

Just a stone’s throw from the lively, world-famous town of Ayia Napa, Protaras dazzles with silky sand, crystal-clear waters and a vibrant, yet more relaxed culture. The area is brimming with incredible beaches, promenades lined with restaurants, bars and cafes and tons of activities for all ages.
In the nearby areas, you can enjoy water parks, nightlife, monasteries and churches, hiking, and so much more! The scenery is spectacular, the food delicious and the culture fascinating – not to mention the incredibly friendly locals. For a day out on the water, head to the enchanting Fig Tree Bay where you’ll find Protaras’ water sports hub. While it’s certainly the beaches that entice most visitors, there’s a whole lot more on offer on Cyprus’ east coast! Cape Greco’s coastal path provides the most serene setting for a hike, amid the jagged rocks and dramatic scenery. The landscape is abounding with ancient historical sites, churches and monasteries, dotted among the wild fennel and quaint settlements.
This property is also within a 45-minute drive of Larnaca International Airport, so getting in and settled into your home-from-home will be quick and easy!
