Villa Luisa is a typical Italian villa and an outstanding example of 1920’s Art Nouveau architecture, characterised by its salmon pink façade. This five-person holiday home is well suited to smaller parties, who are eager to discover the region of Puglia by foot or local public transport. Ideally situated in the residential heart of Bari, you and your guests are only a few minutes stroll from a delightful range of shops, bars and restaurants. In order to visit the more renowned attractions, such as Alberobello & Ostuni, put the local train service to good use.
The interior of the villa is large and luxurious, with a fine balance of antique and contemporary furnishings; accompanied by family heirlooms. A balcony hugs two sides of the villa, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the villa’s beautiful grounds, from the convenience of the bedrooms.
Villa Luisa’s substantially generous lounge has an enveloping corner settee for eight and a large plasma television. From the dining area; double doors open onto the patio, where a large table can be used for al fresco dining. An archway leads to the very well-equipped and modern kitchen. The first double bedroom has an impressive four-poster bed and an En-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second charming bedroom, on this floor, can be formed into a twin room upon your request. Finally, a large single bedroom with a separate bathroom concludes the sleeping arrangement.
To the rear of the villa, you will find a splendid garden and magnificent large pool that is surrounded by sun loungers and upholstered outdoor seating. The Art Deco themed poolside is bursting with character and has suitable natural shade from the sun, making it perfect those lazy days by the pool.

Bari is a port city on the Adriatic Sea, and the capital of southern Italy’s Puglia region. Its mazelike old town, Barivecchia, occupies a headland between 2 harbors and it is surrounded by narrow streets where is situated the 11th-century San Nicola cathedral, key pilgrimage site. To the south, the Murat quarter has stately 19th-century architecture, a promenade and pedestrianized shopping areas.
The villa is situated in the residential Picone area of Bari, 15 minutes transfer from the airport, and a two minutes’ walk from shops, bars and restaurants.  It is possible to walk 500 m to take the local train directly to World Heritage status Matera which has been designated European World Capital for Culture in 2019.
