Dimora Della Luca is situated in one of the most prestigious districts of Monopoli in the charming region of Puglia. This beautiful mansion represents the traditional liberty style of the area and therefore is protected under the Apulian cultural heritage.
Enter through the grand gates and head up the double stairwell to enter the Dimora. Each room has been renovated to keep many of the original features and thus features brick archways, stone floors and beautiful hand-made tiled floors. The high ceilings along with the bright décor helps to create a real sense of light and space throughout.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), an outstanding bathroom complete with roll top marble bathtub as well as a spacious kitchen and living room.
Head down the rare spiral staircase to the ground floor where you will find the beautiful master bedroom suite complete with a carved artisitic handcrafted bathtub in the famous Trani stone.
The garden offers a beautiful area to enjoy outdoor living. With many plants, Mediterranean bushes and gazebos for shade, guests will enjoy relaxing around the swimming pool. The pool terrace is very private and secluded allowing guests to fully relax in their own paradise.

Dimora Della Luca is located in the south coastal Bari area and in between the popular towns of Monopoli and Castellana Grotte.
