The magnificent Manoir de Lurin is located on the stunning Lurin hillside, with breathtaking views over St. Jean. It is is one of the islands most desirable properties.
Manoir de Lurin is set within a vast private garden filled with exotic plants and tropical birds. It comprises of the main villa house and three bungalows, each with their own distinctive style. The villa is filled with colonial charm and modern convenience. Manoir de Lurin is ideal for large families or groups of friend in search of plenty space and privacy.
The main house has a colonial style with white columns and varnished wooden floors on the wraparound veranda. There is a stunning comfortable living room with large French windows looking out onto the garden. Upstairs is the impressive ‘plantation master’ a polished wooden master bedroom, with a large terrace and breathtaking views. The main villa also boasts an outstanding gourmet kitchen and substantial living area.
All further bedroom are located in the three bungalows Alexia, Philippe and Helen. Alexia has plenty of island charm, it has a master bedroom, living room, two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is a small Japanese garden separating it from Bungalow Philippe.
Bungalow Phillipe contains two exquisite king size beds, a living area, bathroom and kitchenette. It is the most private of the three bungalows.
Helen the third bungalow with one large bedroom with en suite and a small bedroom. It is an ideal bungalow for a couple with a child.
Manoir de Lurin has a divine swimming pool lined with lava rock set at the end of the fabulous garden. The pool is surrounded by a wooden deck and enjoys access to the gazebo with kitchen and BBQ.
