Casa Zara & Quercia holds an excellent countryside location set within large gardens, offering visitors plenty of privacy, tranquillity and relaxation. The main towns and attractions of the Costa Smeralda are all in easy reaching distance, including the popular villages and towns of San Pantaleo, Arzachena and Porto Cervo as well as wonderful beaches. The charming villas can accommodate up to fourteen guests across seven spacious bedrooms. The properties have been lovingly looked after and both boast tasteful and homely interiors while which possessing all the necessary modern amenities for a more than comfortable stay. Casa Zara, can sleep up to eight guests across four bedrooms, on the ground floor, is the main living accommodation comprising of a living room and kitchen with dining facilities. As well as a double and a twin room and a family bathroom. Heading downstairs to the lower ground floor, guests will find a cosy second living area, two further double bedrooms as well as two useful shower rooms. Casa Quercia can accommodate a further six guests across three bedrooms set out over one level, also boasting spacious living and kitchen areas. 
Heading outside, the outside space is simply magical, the private pool is great for soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The covered terraces are perfect for enjoying a spot of al fresco dining or simply a quiet drink on a lazy evening.

Casa Zara on its own, while still having sole use of the swimming pool. Casa Zara & Quercia has a great location in beautiful Sardina, it is situated close to the village of San Pantaleo, the town of Arzachena and the upmarket resort of Porto Cervo, all of which can be reached in less than 15 minutes. Nearby are fantastic beaches, including Liscia Ruja and Petra Ruja Beach, both less than a 20-minute car journey away.  For keen golfers, the well-renowned Pevero Golf Club is 15 minutes away.
