Casa Zara holds an excellent countryside location set within large gardens, offering visitors plenty of privacy, tranquillity and relaxation. The main towns and attractions of the Costa Smeralda are all in easy reaching distance, including the popular villages and towns of San Pantaleo, Arzachena and Porto Cervo as well as wonderful beaches. This really is the perfect base for a family looking for the best of both worlds, a relaxing Sardinian escape while still being close to exciting resorts and a wide range of helpful amenities.
The charming villa can accommodate up to eight guests across four spacious bedrooms, set over two levels. The property boasts tasteful and homely interiors while which possessing all the necessary modern amenities for a more than comfortable stay. On the ground floor, is the main living accommodation comprising of a living room and kitchen with dining facilities. As well as a double and a twin room and a family bathroom. Heading downstairs to the lower ground floor, guests will find a cosy second living area, two further double bedrooms as well as two useful shower rooms.
Heading outside, the outside space is simply magical, the private pool is great for soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The covered terrace is perfect for enjoying a spot of al fresco dining or simply a quiet drink on a lazy evening.
*For those in larger groups, it is possible to rent the entire estate,
Casa Zara & Quercia, which raises the capacity to a maximum of 14 guests. Those in smaller groups should be aware that they will still have complete privacy and sole use of the outside grounds. Casa Zara has a great location in beautiful Sardina, it is situated close to the village of San Pantaleo, the town of Arzachena and the upmarket resort of Porto Cervo, all of which can be reached in less than 15 minutes. Nearby are fantastic beaches, including Liscia Ruja and Petra Ruja Beach, both less than a 20-minute car journey away.  For keen golfers, the well-renowned Pevero Golf Club is 15 minutes away.
