The property has been lovingly looked after and boasts bright and homely furnishings with modern interiors, comfortably accommodating up to five guests across three spacious bedrooms. The accommodation is set out over one level and comprises of an open-plan living and dining room as well as a fitted kitchen comprising of all the necessary amenities for a more than comfortable stay. There is a double bedroom, a twin and a single room, each complete with en-suite bathroom.
Outside, the terrace is the perfect place to spend a lazy evening with a bottle of wine while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.  The barbecue is great for cooking up a storm made up of local delicacies. The large private pool is fantastic for those wanting to soak up the sunshine and cool off after a long day of sunbathing on the beach!Villa Capuccini has a fantastic location in the heart of the Costa Smeralda within the popular resort of Porto Cervo with a wide range of amenities reachable on foot. The “piazetta” set in the centre of the resort and lined with stylish bars and restaurants really is the place to be seen of an evening while daytimes can be spent browsing the designer boutiques. A wide range of popular beaches are all within reaching distance including Liscia Ruja, Capriccioli, Spiaggia del Principe and Pitrizza.
