Guests approach the Villa Magnificent along a private drive, where they get their first glimpse of its distinctive design and architecture. Descending a few steps, you reach the ground floor, comprising two wings linked by a spacious covered pergola and a terrace that encircles the whole house.
The left wing features a bright, spacious living room that opens up onto the dining room and looks out over a large sea-facing covered terrace. The well-equipped open kitchen, the pantry, and a bathroom complete the living area. The right wing houses the luxurious master suite and three stylish guest bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, sea view, and covered terraces. The master suite also has its own hydro-massage tub and walk-in wardrobe.
The lower floor, which has been excavated from Sardinian rock, overlooks the swimming pools and the garden. Internally, it is connected to the ground floor by a flight of stairs. On this level are another two guest bedrooms that open out directly into the garden, both with an en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobes. This floor also features a cinema room, a wine cellar, a bar and a wellness area, which incorporates a gym, an outdoor Jacuzzi, two massage rooms, a bathroom, and a relaxation area. The complex also has a staff accommodation area with four bedrooms, plus a professional kitchen, a laundry room, and all the technical utility rooms for the entire complex.

A 50 % (non-refundable) payment is required at reservation and a 50 % balance payment 2 months before arrival.
A security deposit of 40,000 euros is required for every booking, payable 1 month before arrival.
Please note the villa is non-smoking and does not allow domestic animals.
We kindly ask our guests to check in any time after 5 pm and to check out before 12 noon.
