This casa is made up of a main three-bed villa and a separate detached two-bed annexe, so there is plenty of space for friends or family to spread out. Decorative rugs, patterned tiles and amazing pieces of artwork decorate the villa, giving it a unique yet homely feel. A grand decorative piano is the talking piece of the living room, along with an artificial fireplace you can cosy up to during those colder nights. The billiard room is the perfect place to spend time with loved ones, challenge them to a game and see who comes out on top!
Surrounded by a huge well-maintained garden, Villa Bethania has lots of outdoor living space. The outside dining area is ideal for those special family moments; eating breakfast after the sunrise or enjoying dinner under the moonlight. Melt into the comfortable double sunbeds that are dotted around the large pool. Whether you prefer relaxing in the sunshine with a drink or splashing about in the clear blue water, this home is the ideal destination for a summer holiday.

For something slightly different, discover the magical underground world of Grotta della Pillirina, an impressive cave with preservation of stalactites and rock formations. As you reach further into its depths, you’ll be greeted by an opening which reveals a secret beach hidden by impressive white cliffs.

Active groups will love hiking through the Riserva Naturale Fiume Ciane. This stunning nature reserve is home to a wide variety of exciting wildlife, colourful foliage and unspoiled landscapes. There is a lovely walk along the Ciane River, which starts as a small spring and empties into the Porte Grande.
Syracuse is a historical city full of shops, restaurants and bars. You can take a boat trip around beautiful sea coves and visit the famous island of Ortigia, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wander around its ancient streets, particularly in the city’s central archaeological park, Neapolis, which is home to a Greek theatre, a Roman Amphitheatre and the Orecchio di Dionisio, a peculiar limestone cave shaped like an ear! Learn more about the city’s rich history at the Museo Archeologico Regionale Paolo Orsi, which displays fascinating Roman portraits, terracotta artefacts and white marble carvings of Old Testament scenes.
