This outstanding villa is set in the hills just 5km from the charming village of Pesaro overlooking the exquisite Adriatic sea. Beautifully designed and immaculately furnished this contemporary gem sits in landscaped gardens with a luxurious infinity pool making the most of the mild local climate. 
Spread across three floors, this 5-bed, 4-bath villa has balconies on each level and a variety of outdoor areas for playing and relaxing with family and friends. 
The ground floor is open plan and features a modern, well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows leading out onto an extensive teak deck with al fresco dining set, couches and fireplace. A laundry and guest bathroom are also located on the ground floor.   
On the first floor is the master bedroom with dressing room, en suite bathroom and access to a balcony as well as two double/twin bedrooms, a single bedroom and family bathroom.  
Up on the second floor is a double bedroom with its own lounge, which can be used to accommodate another two twin beds for children, and a bathroom. Leading out from the lounge room are two large roof terraces offering breath-taking views.  
The terraced gardens have been designed to increase privacy and enhance the beauty of the property with an abundance of lavender, jasmine and native plants. There are water fountains on the western terrace and the infinity pool looks south toward the Adriatic sea. There is an annexe purpose-built for yoga and outdoor shower for rinsing off after a dip.  

Offering a truly authentic Italian experience, the Marche region boasts unspoilt beaches, lush undulating hills, well-kept vineyards and vibrant villages brimming with gorgeous buildings. The vineyards of Marche produce delicious wines, make sure you sample their Verdicchio and San Giovese. Found in the hamlet of Trebbiantico, province of Pesaro-Urbino, Villa Agata is only a short 5 minute drive from the Adriatic Coast with its long stretches of stunning golden beaches.  
Just 6 km north lies the coastal town of Pesaro boasting beautiful beaches, 17th century palazzos and colourful oratory churches. Pesaro was Rossini’s birthplace and is home to renowned Rossini’s Conservatorio. Throughout the summer months Pesaro hosts plenty of festivals and sporting events and there is a fantastic selection of high quality restaurants serving up fresh fish, truffles and mushrooms from the surroundings hills.
Just north of the town centre of Pesaro is the San Bartolo National Park offering magnificent views from the high sandstone cliffs. The park spans 1600 hectares and is open year round providing the opportunity for some incredibly scenic walks and bird watching.
If you travel south along the coast you will quickly reach the popular seaside resort of Fano with a palpable history that dates back 2000 years. 
Other nearby towns worth exploring include Urbino, San Leo, Ravenna, Cesenatico and San Marino.
