With all the living areas on one spacious ground floor, this villa is great for friendly groups and families with children. As you arrive, two large gates offer access to the villa, with ample space to park a rental car. Fully-enclosed, the villa provides a peaceful, safe setting for a family holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! An entrance hall leads into the fabulous, open-plan living area, with a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining space. The kitchen is perfect for cooking up some family feasts that you can enjoy on the terrace, or why not prepare a picnic to take down to the beach and enjoy with your feet in the sand! The master bedroom boasts a double bed and private, en-suite bathroom, while the three remaining bedrooms share a family bathroom. There are a double, twin and the single room, all offering plenty of storage and comfy beds for your stay!
Stepping out to the grand terrace, the breath-taking sea views tend to take your attention first! Villa Rio Seco is located walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants in the charming town of Nerja, yet it feels like its oasis, tucked away from the outside world! Whether it is day or night, it is impossible not to enjoy the garden, with a fabulous al-fresco cooking area, you can make the most of the traditional stone-built barbecue and dining area! The private swimming pool takes pride of place on the terrace, perfect for kids and adults alike. There is also table tennis and pool table, so the family championships cans start from the moment you arrive! 

Located in Nerja, Andalucía, Spain. It is 50 minutes from Malaga airport and walking distance from Nerja, a small town with long beautiful beaches. Both Granada and Marbella are only one hour away too.

Up to approximately 1 hour drive from the property guests can visit Granada’s Alhambra/Generalife and Albayzin, the caves of Nerja, Malaga’s Picasso Museum and Alcazaba, Marbella’s old quarter, Puerto Banus’ jet set port and shopping, picturesque Andalucian mountain villages like Frigiliana and Competa and the most beautiful beaches in the South of Spain. 

The beaches of Nerja are located walking distance from the house, and the mountain village of Frigiliana is only 5 minutes away.
