This stylish villa is set in the tree-dotted hillside, and is sea-facing so wow-worthy view come as standard. Unwind in the Jacuzzi bath on the terrace, sunbathe on a cushioned lounger or dip your toes in the private pool. Thanks to its extensive outdoor area – with wicker chairs, an under-cover space, there are plenty of places for you soak in those panoramic ocean views. Plus, there’s a barbeque here, too.
Inside, the luxury facilities continue. There’s an open-plan living and dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen, an indoor dining table, a comfy l-shaped sofa and a television. The bedrooms are a spread out over four spacious floors. You’ll find an en-suite double bedroom on the lower ground floor – it’s separately accessed from the villa, so it’s ideal for teens or those looking for a bit of extra privacy. There’s also an en-suite twin bedroom, with a sea view balcony, and an en-suite king-size bedroom with a spa-inspired Jacuzzi bathtub and a sea view balcony on the first floor. The final en-suite king-size bedroom is on the second floor. This room boasts direct access to the roof terrace.
Villa Kaan is in a quiet and peaceful area and has beautiful views out to Mouse and Snake Islands, too. The beachfront location here sets an idyllic scene for your relaxing Turkey escape. With clear water and sheltered bays, it’s the perfect spot for snorkelling, diving and other watersports. The nearest sandy spot at Kalamar Beach club is within a short 10-minute walk from the villa and the centre of Kalkan Town is also only a 20-minute walk away. If you’d like to eat out, it’s close to the popular Yelkin Bistro, as well as a number of other local cafes and restaurants.If you’re looking for a tranquil holiday spot, that’s still close to amenities then Villa Kaan is a fantastic choice. The villa is set in the hillside, and overlooks sweeping Kalamar Bay in Kalkan, Turkey. It’s in a quiet spot in the sleepy village of Kalamar, and has the majestic pine tree-lined Taurus Mountains as backdrop. You’re only a short walk from the beach with calm waters and soft sands. There’s a beach club here too, so you’ll find places to grab lunch mid-beach chill, as well as watersports opportunities.  
A short 20-minute from the villa will take you into Kalkan Town, where there’s a charming harbour dotted with Turkish wooden gulets – traditional boats – as well as waterfront restaurants and a beautiful and historic old town area which extends back from the sea. Spend afternoons wandering the cobbled lanes, with houses draped in brightly coloured bougainvillaea flowers, or dine on a roof terrace restaurant with spectacular views of the town and the coastline. There are also plenty of swimming beaches in Kalkan, as well as Turkish Baths if you’d like a relaxing end-of-day massage.
For family-friendly day trips, you can jump on a boat trip to the small island of Kekova where you can snorkel and explore the part sunken ruins of Dolchiste, an ancient town which was destroyed by an earthquake during the 2nd century. For outdoor adventurers, the dramatic Taurus Mountains with its deeply cut valleys and canyons are an ideal place to walk or hike. You could join the popular Lycian Way – a long-distance footpath that takes in fantastic coastal views – camera at the ready.
