Villa Miray is a unique villa, set over three floors and has five en-suite bedrooms making it an ideal location for a large family or group of friends to spend their holiday. Whether you’re spending a lot of time here or planning on exploring the nearby area this villa can fill whatever role you need it to. It has a private swimming pool, sun terraces in addition to plenty of indoor space, but it also benefits from being near to local amenities.
When you enter the villa, you’re greeted with a large open plan living and kitchen area. The living room has a comfortable seating unit with flat-screen television and a DVD player – perfect for entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light into the property at the same time as offering you and your guests beautiful views. It has contemporary marble flooring throughout the home, which the natural light reflects off creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
There is a fully fitted modern kitchen and island unit in the open plan area. It has been fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to ensure an easy time in the kitchen. It’s a sleek and clean design and is also the dining space. The formal dining table matches the same contemporary design that the rest of this room shares.
The ground floor has the first of the five bedrooms: it’s a twin room complete with storage, an en-suite bathroom and access to a furnished balcony. All the bedrooms are similar in style, they’re all minimally decorated, and they’re bright thanks to the light colours and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. This bedroom also has direct access to the pool floor.
The next three bedrooms are on the first floor: there is a master bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Each with storage, an en-suite bathroom and access to the furnished balconies. The master bedroom also has a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower.
On the second floor is the final bedroom. It also has an en-suite bathroom, but it has access to a private sun terrace. There is another sun terrace on this floor, accessible to all members of the family.
The villa has beautiful views over Kalamar Bay and with several sun loungers on the decked areas outside the property, you can enjoy these views throughout the day. Additionally, there is an outdoor dining set up so you can enjoy your meals alfresco.  There is an infinity pool with a separate jacuzzi section for everyone’s use.Kalkan is a thriving holiday destination, benefiting from unspoiled landscapes and scenery. It offers a great holiday getaway for all types of visitors, couples, families and even groups of friends. This lively location has several restaurants, bars, cafés and shops for you to choose from! Additionally, there are plenty of activities to experience and locations to explore!
With the beautiful sun and spectacular views, rooftop restaurants are popular in Kalkan, meaning you’ll not only have delicious food, but you’ll have a great experience too! Additionally, places like Botanik offer a nightlife, it’s a laid-back location for cocktails, with unusual seating including hammocks and treehouses!
Kalkan is along the Turquoise Coast, so it isn’t hard to locate a boat trip! These boat trips can take you around the coast where you’ll see beautiful beaches, coves and waters! It’s a highly enjoyable and popular experience.
Kalamar Beach Club has an entrance fee, but has activities, food and of course a sandy beach and safe water to swim in. Patara requires more travelling, but also offers a great day out as it has some ruins nearby as well. In addition to the beach and the historic ruins, Patara beach is also an important site for turtles as they return year after year to lay their eggs!
Additionally, you can explore sights like Xanthos Antik Kenti – one of the most popular ancient sites to visit! It has a small entrance fee but is has a lot of history. Or even Patara ruins, which even has an ancient amphitheatre that you can walk around.
The Taurus Mountains are ideal for hiking and biking, but it also offers you and your loved ones and friends the chance to explore in unspoiled nature.
