Villa Katara boasts four spacious double bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, ideal for a family holiday, or a group of friends’ get together.
The villa is constructed out of classic Mediterranean whitewashed walls, with floor-to-ceiling picture windows, that flood the villa with lots of natural light and give access to pool terraces and sea view balconies. This ultra-modern property comes complete with complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, and a carport for three cars. The interiors are minimalist chic, furnished with contemporary pieces, and decorated in a sophisticated colour palette of shades of monochrome grey.

The spacious open plan living area has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto the sea view terrace. The seating area has a steel grey L-shaped sofa, matching two and three seater white sofas, handy coffee tables, all facing a flat screen television, and an enclosed wood burning fire for those cooler months and evenings. The adjacent six seater formal dining set is perfect for some splendid indoor entertaining. The state of the art slate grey kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest built-in appliances which you will need to cater for your holiday, including that must-have morning coffee maker. A breakfast bar with tall stools is a great place to meet to discuss the day’s plans. Walk down the hallway, where there are three bedrooms, all with double beds, and ensuite shower rooms. A guest cloakroom completes the ground floor. Take the stairs to the first floor, where there is a master bedroom, with a double bed, a seating area, a walk-in closet, an ensuite wet room, and a glass-fronted sea view balcony, where you can sit and watch the sun rise and set.
The exterior living space is equally impressive with a tiled terrace that is home to a step-entry swimming pool, that is surrounded by cushioned wood sun loungers. As dusk falls take a seat at the ten seater dining set, feast alfresco with dishes prepared in the summer kitchen and barbeque, and raise a toast to the most stylish holiday.

In the village, you will find stores to cater for your holiday, a handful of bars and family run tavernas, and a beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters. Have some fun in the sun windsurfing, stand up paddleboarding, and jet skiing. The nearby beaches of Schinias, Nea Makri, and Rafina are also well worth a visit.
Get active with some hiking or biking along the beautiful trails of the local hills. Take a run to the nearby town of Marathon, and explore the tomb and Archeological Museum. See Sounio and the Temple of Poseidon overlooking the sea. Go to the Technological and Cultural Park at Lavrio. Visit Vravrona with the sanctuary and temple dedicated to Artemis. Make a day of it in Athens and see the Acropolis.
As night falls enjoy local Greek delicacies in a seafront restaurant with a glass of homemade ouzo and a local wine.
