This simply stunning two-storey, detached villa, is home to three ensuite double bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The villa is built in an old olive grove, out of local light stone, with floor-to-ceiling French doors, that open out onto sea view terraces, and let in cooling sea breezes. The interiors are lovely and light, with high beamed ceilings, and decorated in a sophisticated colour palette of subtle greys and shades of pretty purples. The villa has been stylishly furnished, with classic contemporary pieces, and has a welcoming beachfront country cottage by the sea vibe.

Enter the villa at the ground floor level, where you will find an inviting open-plan living space. The seating area has a steel grey sofa and two matching armchairs, with white coffee and side tables, a flatscreen satellite television, and access to two sea view balconies. The white, six-seater dining set, is ideal to host some impressive indoor entertaining. The adjacent dove grey kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cater for your holiday, including a family-size fridge freezer, and a built-in oven and hob. The beautifully-appointed master bedroom is on this floor, with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom, and a private veranda, where you can enjoy a morning coffee watching the sunrise. Take the stairs to the first floor where there are two more double bedrooms, The largest bedroom has a king-size bed, with an ensuite bathroom, that has a corner bath, and double doors which open onto a panoramic sea view balcony. The third bedroom has two white wrought iron twin beds, with an ensuite bathroom, that has a walk-in shower and a sea-view balcony.

Take the stone steps down to the paved terrace, where there is the most incredible, step entry, graduated, infinity, overflow, swimming pool with a playful dolphin mosaic. The pool terrace is surrounded by modern white sun loungers and matching parasols, strategically positioned to maximise those mesmerising sea views. Villa Infinity View boasts the perfect position, nestled into a hillside, with sweeping panoramic views of the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea, overlooking Kalami, Kouloura, and Agni Bay, on the northeast coast of the Greek island of Corfu. The villa is in a secluded spot, surrounded by scented pine forests, with Mount Pantokrator as the backdrop. Villa Infinity View is a scenic forty-five minute, thirty kilometres, drive from the international airport of Ioannis Kapodistrias, along the island’s coastline.

The nearest coastal village of Kalami has a beautiful, picturesque, organised, blue flag beach, with seafront cafes, bars, and tavernas, and a few minimarts, and local stores for your holiday provisions. Kalami Beach has excellent water sports facilities, take the opportunity to scuba dive, parasail, and water ski. Next door is Kouloura Beach, with a working harbour, where you can watch the fishing boats come in, and eat freshly caught seafood by the seashore. The charming fishing village of Kassiopi is now a luxury resort, with a beautiful beach, and excellent facilities, whilst Nissaki Beach is known for its stunning views, secluded surroundings, and fun amenities. For those who want to keep fit, the island offers a whole host of activities, including hiking, mountain biking, cycling, yoga, walking tours, snorkelling and scuba diving, horse riding, water rafting, sailing, and an international golf course too.

Corfu is steeped in ancient and modern history, with ruins and temples two thousand years old, medieval fortifications, Byzantine fortresses, Venetian palaces, Greek Orthodox cathedrals, churches, monasteries, and museums galore.  The UNESCO World Heritage site of Corfu old town is well worth a visit, and only forty-five minutes from the villa. The old town has thousands of years of history, Venetian architecture, French influences, and English rule. Follow the ancient winding streets to discover fortresses and palaces, Byzantine and Archaeological museums, destination squares, thirty-seven churches and a cathedral, souvenir shops, and a whole host of inviting restaurants, cafes, and bars. Visit Achilleion Palace, once the summer home of Sisi, Elizabeth, Empress of Austria.

Take a trip to Mon Repos Palace, the summer residence of the King of Greece, and the birthplace of Prince Philip. See the home made famous by Gerald Durrell in his book, My Family and Other Animals. For the twitchers, the protected Korission Lagoon near the south coast village of Agios Matteos is a must, with over a hundred and twenty bird species, and some notable butterflies, set in sand dunes, its nature’s paradise. Get a taste of Corfu with an olive oil or wine tour, sample the delights, then take some home. If it’s nightlife you are after, many of the beach clubs offer after sundown sets, top of the list is Pazuzu Club in Glyfada or Fabrica at Acharavi. Party until dawn at the holiday hot spot destinations of Sidari, Acharavi or Kavos, or take a gamble at the Corfu Casino. Venture a few kilometres to Benitses Bay, where you can take daily boat trips, cruise along the shore, or island hop to Paxoi and Antipaxoi, tiny islets in the Ionian Sea.
