Rent Villa Christos Croatia
Holiday Home Rental Description
Starting in the courtyard of this stunning villa, you will find the heated infinity pool, two outdoor showers, a sun terrace with sun beds, and a shaded lounge area overlooking the sea. What better place to sit and watch the yachts coming and going whilst soaking up the beautiful Croatian sunshine? Another fantastic feature on this level is the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Apart from the professional grill, it also has wine refrigerators and an ice maker.
Designed with outdoor living in mind, it’s the perfect place to relax and entertain with friends or family. Shaded by trees and a pergola, you can enjoy sipping local wine at the bar on one of the stools or dine at the large dining table.
The villa’s interior can be accessed from the Ground Floor by a covered terrace or through the courtyard. Once inside, you will immediately be struck by how light and airy the villa is, thanks to the large glass doors with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. It exudes warmth and comfort and is furnished in a contemporary style with large plump sofas. A modern dining area and fully fitted kitchen can also be found. On this level, there are two en-suite double bedrooms. Air-conditioned with a wall-mounted flat-screen television, each has access to a terrace overlooking the leafy courtyard. Bathrooms are spacious and modern with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.
The first floor of Villa Christos is where you will find four more double en-suite bedrooms, air conditioning and access to a terrace overlooking the sea. A fifth double bedroom can also be found on this floor and is entered through one of the previous four bedrooms. This room has no separate bathroom but is a good solution for a couple and their children sharing.
Moving to the second-floor attic area, you will find two more en-suite double bedrooms. Once again, both rooms are airconditioned and have doors to a terrace overlooking the town of Hvar and the Pakleni Islands.
Finally, on the lower ground floor, there is one further bedroom. This room differs from the previous bedrooms in that it is the only one offering a bathtub. All the bedrooms in this unique villa provide an oasis of privacy, calm and tranquillity.

The best way to reach Hvar is by your personal yacht! Failing that, a water taxi or ferry from Split will bring you to this fantastic place. Once you’ve arrived at the beautiful Villa Christos, take time to relax and enjoy everything it has to offer, including the pool and access to the beach.
Once you’re ready to explore, you will soon discover there is so much to see and do. Famous for its abandoned hamlets, craggy peaks and lavender fields, you will be spoiled for choice. It’s possible to spend days discovering the layers of history that make up the island and its culture, almost like a treasure hunt into the past!
Guests who love history will enjoy visiting St. Stephen’s Square and Cathedral. The central square, or Piazza, is one of the largest in Dalmatia. Originally a deep bay filled with rocks for centuries, it became a space between two fortified cities of Gorda in the north and Burg in the south. The cathedral was originally constructed in the 13th century and rebuilt in the 16th century. A triple-nave basilica with a square shrine contains paintings by Venetian Masters on the altars.
Other historical spots and museums worth visiting are the Franciscan monastery and St. Mary of Grace Church, constructed in the 15th to 16th centuries, and the historic theatre known as Arsenal.
For the energetic, Hvar is high on the list of favourite destinations. Coupled with the benefits of the Mediterranean climate, breathtaking nature and trails, there are countless ways to enjoy keeping fit and experiencing all the island offers. Whether you like biking, running, hiking, sailing or fishing, you will find an activity to suit you. Anglers need not feel left out, with the opportunity to try Big Game fishing, Squid hunting and night fishing.
The only problem when eating out is choosing where to go! With so many gastronomic hotspots famous with the yachting fraternity, such as The Gariful Restaurant, Patak Restaurant and the Zoir, you are in for a gourmet treat.
Local specialities include Hvarska Gregada, a type of fish stew or for those with a sweet tooth, why not try Starogrojski paprejak, a honey-flavoured biscuit produced for Hvar sailors by their womenfolk some 800 years ago.
Viticulture has been practised on Hvar since the 4th century, the earliest vines having been introduced by the Ancient Greeks. One of the most popular vines is Plavac Mali producing a robust red wine. Numerous vineyards are dotted around the island, and a wonderful day out would be to take a tour and taste.
