Enter the villa at ground floor level, where you will be welcomed by a light, bright, and airy open plan living space, with access to the sea view pool terrace. The contemporary seating area has two comfortable dove grey sofas, coffee and side tables, floating bookshelves, a monochrome rug, and a flat screen smart television. The adjacent black and white kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater for your stay. A breakfast with tall stools, and a table for two is perfect for informal meals, whilst the six seater dining set is ideal for indoor entertaining. In the evenings spend time with family and friends around the baby grand piano, perfectly positioned in its own dedicated room. A guest cloakroom and service room with a washing machine completes the daily living space.
