Rent Villa Le Pernici – Baglioni Italy
Holiday Home Rental Description
Just minutes away from a chalk-white beach on the island of Sardinia is the characterful Villa Le Pernici. With magnificent mountain views and set on a private, fenced lawn, this newly built 7-bedroom villa is projected with the utmost comfort and elegance in mind.
The property is built in a complex-style layout, with bedrooms located in two separate blocks spread across the property and a master bedroom based in the central building. This allows guests to unwind in privacy and enjoy uninterrupted moments whenever they wish. En-suite bathrooms are a must, each elegantly clad in white tiles, while private outdoor terrace access allows both the breeze and sunshine to flow in. Although the bedrooms grant privacy, the living room together with a dining area and kitchen form an ideal space for lingering over a home-cooked meal and a glass of Sardinian wine – expect soft furnishings and a neutral colour palette dominated by whites and blues inspired by the sea, as well as a mix of bohemian and industrial elements, especially in the kitchen.
Outside, find two covered terraces – one for dining al-fresco and the other with a cosy rattan seating area with views over the pool and lawned garden. Guests can cool down on a hot day in the swimming pool, gracefully designed in a geometric shape to complement the rest of the architecture. Here you’ll also find sun loungers and a Balinese-style daybed for taking in the sunshine and enjoying restful moments in the company of a good book and even better friends.
The villa benefits from beautiful mountain and sea views, yet it’s just a short walk to the nearest town with amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops and a marina offering organised cruises and boat rental.
Golf courses, beautiful natural areas and more sweeping beaches await on the coast surrounding towns such as San Teodoro and Pundaldia, all renowned for their turquoise waters and soft sand. Alternatively, visit the so-called billionaire’s playground which is Costa Smeralda and Porto Cervo, fabulous for nightlife and high-end shopping.
For a bit more hustle and bustle, visit Olbia, a city filled with cobbled streets dotted with cafés, trendy restaurants and chic boutiques decorating the tree-lined avenue leading to the waterfront, great for soaking up the island’s harmonious atmosphere. Boats depart from Olbia to Tavolara Island, which has diverse terrain for hikes and treks, as well as perfect scuba diving conditions.
For a longer day out, head to breathtaking Su Gologone in the foothills of Mount Uddè – the natural spring that crashes out from an underground network of caves is one of the most visited in Sardinia.

Nestled in a residential holiday area on Sardinia’s northeastern coast, Villa Le Pernici is located only a few metres away from a sandy beach, making it the go-to base for exploring the island’s sweeping coastline.
The closest beach, Spiaggia di Lu Impostu, is just a 20-minute walk away, and it’s a true jewel – an unblemished piece of paradise protected by the marine area of Tavolara, with a powder-soft white beach, dotted with juniper and mimosa trees. Here it’s impossible not to forget the sense of time as you laze around and soak up the sunshine. When you get hungry from all the swimming, you’ll be pleased to know that the closest restaurant is only a 10-minute walk away from home, and a supermarket is located even closer, for your convenience.
If you fancy a walk, why not visit the nearby town Marina di Lu Impostu? This seaside resort boasts a glistening marina where you can admire sailboats, rent a motorboat to cruise around the island or book an organised trip for dolphin watching, and plenty of Italian restaurants, bars and cafés where to pass the time. Nearby, find a thrilling walking area Cala Lisa which offers sweeping ocean views from the rugged cliffs.
If you still crave a change of scenery, visit either Pundaldia or San Teodoro, both a short drive away. In Pundaldia more stunning beaches await, including the wide-stretching Spiaggia de La Marina di Puntaldìa and Spiaggia La Cinta, both with picturesque, crystal-clear water ideal for swimming and snorkelling.
Continue your beach-combing adventure to San Teodoro and you won’t be disappointed; the coast is truly beautiful here, with places like Cala Brandinchi and La Cinta set to take your breath away. Surrounded by Mediterranean brush, the Stagno di San Teodoro lagoon attracts pink flamingos, offering a uniquely exotic display you won’t want to miss. Need a break from the blazing Italian sunshine? Discover ceramics and Roman artefacts in the Museo delle Civiltà del Mare before finding a shady spot in one of the town’s terraced restaurants, most of which have been passed down for generations and uncover unique family recipes.
Steeped in rich history and culture, Olbia is Sardinia’s fourth-largest city, which is home to many museums and churches, such as the San Simplicio Basilica and Museo Archeologico di Olbia. Stroll along the main street Corso Umberto filled with chic boutiques and patisseries, and in the evening head to Piazza Regina Margherita buzzing with bars and trendy food hot spots to discover Sardinia’s thriving food and drink scene.
