Trullo Latiano is a serene retreat in the heart of the Puglian countryside near to Brindisi on the South coast of Italy. This original rustic countryside Trulli house has been meticulously restored, and cleverly combines the traditional design with modern amenities. Trullo Latiano stand in its own extensive grounds and Mediterranean gardens, with a private swimming pool. The charming one-storey, detached property with a main villa and annexe has four spacious double bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, ideal for a family holiday, or a group of friends’ sharing.
Enter the villa to be welcomed by a light and airy, rustic open plan living space, with doors that give access to the gardens and terrace. The seating area has two sofas, a chair, and a coffee table, facing a flat-screen TV. The adjacent six-seater dining set, dresser, and sideboard is perfect for some indoor entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and that must-have Italian coffee machine.
The main house is home to three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, a console, and a sofa, an ensuite shower room and floor to ceiling windows, that open onto the garden. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobes, an ensuite shower room, and garden access. Bedroom three has a double bed, bedside tables, and fitted wardrobes, also connecting to the garden. A hallway room with a classic sofa, bookshelves, and garden access is a great spot for relaxing with this year’s best seller. A separate closet room and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower, hand basin, bidet, and WC complete the internal layout.

Trullo Latiano can be found in the heart of the Puglian countryside, near to the bustling town of Brindisi, on the south coast of Italy. The nearest airport is in Bari, a scenic thirty four kilometre drive to your holiday home. The nearest village is the medieval San Michele Salentino, and the nearest town if Latiano, just nine kilometres away.
A twenty minute drive will take you to the sunny south coast, where you will be spoilt for choice as to the best beaches. Take your pick from: the protected marine nature reserve of Torre Guaceto, the popular golden sands of Lido Azzuro, the scenic beauty of Punta Penna Grossa, the crescent-shaped shallow waters of Spiaggai Mezzaluna, the rocky coastline of Punta della Contessa, or Lido Specchiolla, with its amenities, beach clubs, restaurants, and watersports.
Immerse yourself in the local culture, visit the twelfth century Palazzo Imperiali, the Baroque church of Santa Maria, and see the Solise Tower.
