This spacious, welcoming villa hails from the 17th century and offers character-filled rooms alongside modern facilities. Stepping in to the pretty, stone home, you will find yourself in a large living room with comfy sofas and doors on to the garden. The well-equipped kitchen leads in to the dining area so there is plenty of room for everyone to come together for breakfast before heading out for the day.
When it is time for a good night’s sleep, there are five bedrooms you can choose from. Four of them are located within the main villa, while the fifth is set within an independent annexe which also has a living room with kitchenette and its own bathroom. Whether you are wishing for privacy or would like a room connected to the kid’s room, you will find the perfect room for you here at Villa Iliana.
Outdoors you will discover a leafy garden which blends seamlessly into the undulating hills. Filled with floral planting, lawns and established trees, the garden here is a lovely place to unwind where you can take in the uninterrupted rural views. There is a large private pool for a refreshing swim, covered dining terraces, a barbecue area and even a hot tub available.
This location is a wonderful choice for lovers of nature and the great outdoors. Just a few paces from the house, you can find yourself walking along scenic walking trails and picnicking in ancient oak forests. Those who prefer a long, more challenging hike or bike ride can visit the nearby Monte San Vicino or the Sibillini mountains. You are also able to experience horse riding and wine tasting close to the villa.
If you would like to go out for lunch or need to pick up some fresh groceries, you can visit the little village which is 5km away and has a good selection of shops and restaurants. For a larger range of amenities, San Severino Marche is 12km away. This bustling historic town is packed with cafes, artisan shops, markets and eateries as well as plenty of cultural attractions. Further out you can visit the incredible city of Assisi which is 70km away or visit one of Le Marche’s sandy beaches for a relaxed day at the coast – the nearest are around 70km away.

Villa Iliana is a delightful place to stay where guests can enjoy true rest and relaxation within the verdant fields and rolling hills of Italy’s Le Marche region. As you sit in the serene garden, sipping your morning coffee, you will be able to hear nothing but the birds in the trees.
Le Marche is an authentic and beautiful area which has not yet been flooded with tourists. Here you can get to know the charming nearby villages, explore the landscape on long hikes and bike rides and dine out on delicious local dishes.
Though the villa is set within peaceful countryside and offers views over a patchwork of fields, there are shops and restaurants within easy reach, so you will not be isolated. The closest village is just 5km away, here you can find a range of eateries including coffee shops, a barbecue restaurant and a pizzeria, there are also a number of shops and a supermarket here which are handy for picking up fresh produce for dinner.
If you would like to visit a larger town packed with shops, restaurants and cultural sites, you should head to San Severino Marche which is 12km away. This attractive town has pre-historic origins and the streets here are filled with honey-hued medieval and renaissance buildings. The oval shaped Piazza del Popolo is a good place to start when exploring the town as many of the artisan shops and eateries line the edges of the lively piazza. From here you can traverse the maze-like alley ways to discover sites such as the staggering Castello Aliforni, a castle from the 1400s which was once used to protect the town from invaders. A later addition to the town is the sumptuously decorated Foronia Theatre from the 18th century which you can visit on a tour or for an evening show. If you would like to escape the sun’s heat for an hour or so, The Museum of Recovered Art should be top of your list; this fantastic gallery comprises of pieces of art which were saved from a number of locations which were damaged in an earthquake in 2016 which has resulted in an incredible collection.
