 Upon entering this modern, newly built home, a few steps lead you down into the fully-fitted kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine for preparing your morning coffee to sip on the terrace. Adjacent is a spacious open-plan living room, seamlessly extending out into the private garden. The room is whitewashed and decorated with simple artwork and blue-toned furnishings, creating a calming environment for drinks in the evening. This room features a dining table for four, a huge L-shaped sofa, and a flatscreen TV.

On the ground floor, you will find a versatile twin bedroom, easily convertible to a double, with a convenient shower room nearby. Ascend the staircase to the upper floor, where a lavish master suite awaits. This room boasts a king-sized bed, a well-appointed bathroom with both bath and shower and a private terrace overlooking the resort and the pool below.

Despite its central location, the outdoor space offers a private oasis. There is so much to do in the resort that if you wish to spend all of your holiday here, you can do. If you wish to leave and discover traditional restaurants and sunbathe on the sandy beaches, you have a range of beaches, Cypriot eateries and charming villages within around 10km of the villa. 20km away by car, you can also explore the vibrant city of Paphos with its beautiful old town. There are a great range of shops, restaurants and markets in Paphos, as well as cultural attractions such as museums and a medieval castle. This is a great area for all ages.
