Rent Villa Feya Greece
Holiday Home Rental Description
Enjoy the best of both worlds when you vacation in Villa Feya, with a holiday in a brand new build, that oozes rustic charm. Villa Feya can be found nestled in ancient olive groves, with a mountain backdrop, overlooking the beautiful Vlicho Bay, on the east coast of Lefkada, a Greek island in the Ionian Sea. The villa has four spacious double bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, ideal for a large family holiday, or group of friends’ sharing. This one hundred and twenty-seven square metre, two-storey, detached villa, is constructed out of classical whitewashed Mediterranean walls, and locally hewn stone.
The villa has floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which reward the guests with stunning panoramic vistas, and open onto sea view balconies and terraces, that let in lots of natural light and cooling sea breezes. Villa Feya comes complete with private parking, complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, and your own infinity swimming pool. The interiors are stylish beachfront meets country cottages, furnished with modern pieces, handcrafted artefacts, natural light wood, and a serene colour palette of crisp clean white, and soothing beige and blues. The vibe is one of a relaxing laid-back vacation in a holiday home from home.
Enter the villa at ground floor level, where you will find an inviting light and airy open plan living space, with sea view sliding doors. The seating area has a blue sofa, a white pouffe, contemporary coffee tables, and a flat-screen satellite television. The adjacent light wood and stainless steel galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with all the built-in appliances you will need to cater for your holiday. An eight-seater indoor dining set makes for some impressive indoor entertaining. The first of the four well-appointed double bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed, an open wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private furnished mountain and sea view terrace, the perfect place to watch the sunrise whilst enjoying a morning coffee. A guest cloakroom completes the ground floor. Take the stairs to the lower level, where you will find three more double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and access to the decked terrace, furnished with a basket-shaped soft seating sofa, and a swing seat. The other two bedrooms have convertible twin beds and access to the sea-view decked terrace. There is a shared ultra-modern bathroom, with funky black and white tiles, a glass-fronted walk-in shower, a hand basin, and a WC.
We bet you’ll be spending most of your day on the sweeping sea and mountain view terrace. The step-entry, infinity swimming pool is long enough for a few lengths before breakfast. Practice your sun salutations in the covered yoga space. Catch some rays on the white, poolside, sun loungers, as you unwind with this year’s best seller. Cool off under the outdoor shower. Seek shade under the wood-beamed pergola, housing a soft seating area, the hot spot for sundowner cocktails at sunset. Feast alfresco at the elegant eight-seater dining set, as you enjoy local delicacies freshly grilled on the built-in barbeque.

Villa Feya can be found on the east coast of the Greek island of Lefkada, overlooking Vlicho Bay, where the Yenion mountain peninsula meets the azure waters of the Ionia Sea. The villa is set on the hillside of ancient olive groves and is within walking distance of the village of Vlicho and Desimi beach. The villa is a sixty-minute drive from the nearest international airport of Aktion in Prevaza, or you can island hop from Ithaki, Kefalonia or Meganisi. In the long, narrow streets of the village of Vlicho, you can purchase all the provisions you will need to cater for your holiday and stop at a local family-run taverna to sample the local fare. The villa comes with an experience concierge team, who can arrange bespoke unforgettable adventures, from private charter yacht trips to exclusive restaurant experiences.
The Lefkada coastline is populated with family-friendly, golden sandy beaches, some with organised facilities, a selection of water sports, and seaside tavernas, cafes, and bars. Nearby Mikros Gialos has a long sandy beach, whilst the fishing village of Vassiliki is noted for its fabulous selection of water sports. The popular resort town of Nidri is a ten-minute drive north of the villa, with a beautiful bay and sandy beach, surrounded by lush nature, cafes, bars, souvenir shops, and some splendid super yachts. Look across the bay to Scorpios, the famous island that was once the home of Aristotle Onassis. There is a port, that can connect you to the Greek mainland, and other islands, a prehistoric settlement, a folklore museum, waterfalls and the Dimosari Gorge. Lefkada is famous for its dense forests and mountains; walk, trek, hike, climb or cycle these inland regions, take guided tours on well-worn tracks, and see the island’s flora and fauna. Admire the views of Mount Elati, the highest peak in Lefkada, at one thousand one hundred and fifty metres above sea level. Get moving with the many activities on the island, including horse riding, scuba diving, fishing, or tennis.
Visit the capital town of Lefkes, and take time to wander around the central square of Agios Spyridon, with its Greek Orthodox churches, decorated with original icons, and works of the Ionian School of Painting. Walk down Mela Street, with its arcades of souvenir shops and traditional houses, before visiting the Archeological, Gramophone, and Folklore Museums. Take a day trip to one of the island’s many picturesque villages, especially Poros with its verdant slopes populated and traditional two-storey terracotta-roofed houses, winding alleyways, a fourth-century castle, and the Church of Analipsi with its icons and frescoes. See the yachts at Sivota, as you sit and watch the fishing boats unload their daily catch for the local restaurants.
The village of Santa Maria is rich in the cultural history of the island, with a tiny church, a nineteenth-century castle, a fifteenth-century mosque, and a Venetian Christian temple, with a stone bell tower. There are two sea lake lagoons on Lefkada, in the protected area of Divari and Ivaria, home to migratory sea birds, gulls, herons, swans, hares, foxes, and ferrets. Visit the vineyards and sample the varieties of wine the island has to offer, and after dark dance the night away under the twinkling stars.
