Arranged over three floors, the villa has been beautifully finished, with bright and spacious rooms that spill out to a wonderful garden. Entering the ground floor, the main living area sits at the front of the house, with multiple glass openings that draw in plenty of light and give access to the terrace beyond. Minimally decorated, the rooms are well-presented with stylish fittings and elegant furniture that elevate the space and offer a comfortable but luxurious setting. A comfortable seating area sits to one end, whilst a large dining table is positioned in the corner where you can enjoy views from the garden. Fully equipped with top-quality appliances, the impressive kitchen is found at the rear of the space with sleek cabinets and a large island counter.
Multiple doors open out to a side terrace where a covered seating area with a generous outdoor dining table offers the perfect place for sharing meals in the open air. Wrapping around the front of the villa, various seating options invite you to relax in the sun or enjoy a book in one of the shaded armchairs. A series of stylish loungers line the edge of the swimming pool, where you can recline in the sun and look out over the beautifully maintained garden with its vibrant planting and plenty of shrubs and trees that create a completely private and tranquil setting. There is plenty of room for guests to spread out and enjoy their own space, and to one end, a large sunken seating area is the perfect spot for making the most of the balmy summer nights, sharing a bottle of wine and sitting out beneath the stars.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a large double bed and lovely ensuite bathrooms. A staircase leads to the upper level, where the impressive main suite offers a luxury experience, with beautiful furnishings and a spacious bathroom with a shower and elegant bathtub where you can relax after a day in the sun. Opening out to a private terrace, large glass doors fill the room with natural light and invite you to leave them ajar to enjoy a gentle breeze throughout the summer months. The terrace offers a peaceful moment, with a couple of sun loungers and a series of large sofas where you can sit comfortably and enjoy a quiet coffee in the warmth of the morning sun.
The fifth bedroom can be found on the ground floor, where there is an impressive home cinema, a basement bar, and a wonderful wine cellar, offering a luxurious entertainment space ideal for relaxing or escaping during the cooler months. The garage and utility room can also be found on this level.

Occupying an exclusive position tucked on the hillside of Nueva Andalusia, Villa Auri enjoys a tranquil setting whilst being just a short drive from the region’s sunny coastline.
Situated within the prestigious Los Naranjos golf course, it is easy to spend a relaxing afternoon playing a round on the course or head to one of the nearby tennis clubs where you can enjoy a competitive match or try your hand at Padel, a fast-growing sport combining squash and tennis that is a great way to socialise whilst working up a sweat. For keen walkers, the nearby Sierra Blanca mountains offer a peaceful escape, with plenty of well-marked trails that invite you to explore the beautiful landscape. Take a gentle stroll through the pine-covered foothills, or head up to the hillside village of Ojen, where a number of picturesque routes begin. A few minutes beyond the village, Refugio de Juanar marks the start of the trail to La Concha, and you can follow the challenging path to the mountain’s summit, where you will be rewarded with spectacular panoramic views stretching down to the coast.
Just a 20-minute drive to the north, the vibrant city of Marbella has plenty to see and do. Explore the streets of the Old Town to discover the shaded squares and historic buildings, and head to the Plaza de los Naranjos, where you can enjoy an ice cream from Mauro’s Heladeria and perch on the charming fountain whilst soaking up the square’s daily activity. As well as a plethora of bars and restaurants, Marbella has a strong artistic culture. There are a number of interesting art galleries, such as the Hospital Bazán, which has a collection of works from renowned artists such as Picasso, Miró and Chillida. Also, be sure to walk along the Avenida del Mar, a paved promenade that leads down to the seafront, where you can see a selection of curious bronze sculptures designed by Salvador Dalí.
The Senda Litoral coastal path stretches from Marbella down to the trendy Puerto Banús, a popular promenade for walkers and joggers that hugs the back of multiple beaches. Stroll along the seafront or hop on the ferry and take a boat trip down the coast to reach the glamorous port. Built-in the 1970s, Puerto Banús plays host to impressive yachts and charming sailboats that pull up to let their owners browse the luxury boutiques and galleries. Plenty of restaurants line the waterfront offering fresh fish and international cuisine or enjoy a cocktail at Sinatra’s Bar and soak up the lively atmosphere. For an all-night affair, the Calle Ribera is the place to go with its dance clubs that stay open to the early hours, or head to the Sky Lounge, where you can climb up to the rooftop and enjoy a wonderful view over the harbour and across to the mountains beyond.
With the other twenty beaches nearby, there are plenty of options to spend the day beside the sea. Sitting north of the port, the famed Playa Nagüeles is a popular spot, lined with the city’s most exclusive restaurants and hotels.
