Rent Villa Moreira Portugal
Holiday Home Rental Description
The elegant Villa Moreira sits nestled in the picturesque North Portuguese countryside, surrounded by nature. This recently renovated, two-storey, detached family villa has five spacious ensuite double bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests, ideal for a large family holiday or a group of friends’ get-together.
Enter the villa at the ground floor level, where you will find an expansive open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows that offer sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. The seating area features a large wrap-around sofa, matching pouffe, two armchairs, a coffee table, a sideboard, and satellite television. A striking fourteen-seater indoor dining set sets the stage for some splendid indoor entertaining. The white and stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cater for your holiday, including a huge American-style fridge freezer and that must-have Nespresso coffee maker. A stylish bar furnished with four stools is the perfect place to meet for cocktails as the sun sets. A convenient guest cloakroom with a WC and a hand basin completes the ground floor.
Take the floating glass-sided wooded staircase to the upper floor, where there are five generously appointed bedrooms, all dressed in bright jewel colours. Three of the bedrooms have queen-size Moreira, and two have twin beds, a great configuration for families or friends travelling together. All the bedrooms have sleek ensuite shower rooms with hand basins and WCs.
Open the sliding door of the living space and step out onto the countryside view-paved terrace. The star of the show is a centrepiece step-entry swimming pool, long enough for a few lengths before breakfast. Sun loungers and a parasol invite guests to bask in the summer sun before cooling down under the outdoor shower. Feast on local delicacies freshly grilled on the barbeque, and enjoy dining alfresco under a twinkling sky.
Modern comforts are seamlessly integrated into the villa’s facilities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Private parking is available, though with a steep access. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. For families, the inclusion of baby amenities adds a thoughtful touch to the villa’s offerings, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests of all ages.
