Serapide is a predominantly single-story residence. It welcomes you into a spacious dual-aspect living room adorned with book-lined walls, plush sofas, armchairs, and doors opening onto the garden. Adjacent to this, an impressive red-toned kitchen stands ready with comprehensive amenities, from an oven to a coffee machine. Dining options abound, whether within the kitchen, the formal living room, or al fresco on the covered terrace. The house features four bedrooms, three of which are nestled within the main villa. On the ground floor, the master suite beckons with a double bed, garden-facing doors, and a luxurious jacuzzi bath, complemented by an en-suite shower room. Also on this floor is a versatile bedroom, offering the choice of a double or twin setup, complete with its own en-suite shower room.
