Nestled in the picturesque seaside village of Trsteno, the luxury property La Villa offers an idyllic retreat. Just steps away lies the lush Arboretum Trsteno, the oldest botanical garden in the region and a notable filming location for the heavenly gardens of King’s Landing in Game of Thrones. Merely 18 Km from the renowned city of Dubrovnik, the villa is enveloped by Mediterranean flora, offering breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. Featuring a private outdoor pool, two expansive terraces with indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor barbecue, and ample parking for four vehicles, this air-conditioned villa accommodates up to 12 guests in six double rooms, including five bathrooms. Five double rooms are housed within the main villa, while one resides in the adjacent annex. The ground floor hosts three modern luxury rooms, one of which boasts an en suite bathroom with a shower, while the remaining two share a bathroom with a tub. On the upper floor, two master bedrooms await with king-size beds, private baths featuring tubs and showers, walk-in wardrobes, and intimate balconies. Adjacent to the main villa, the annex offers the sixth accommodation unit comprising a bedroom with twin beds convertible to a double, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The villa is equipped with wireless internet, satellite TV, a PlayStation, a safe, smoke detectors, a professionally equipped kitchen, and is overseen by a dedicated villa manager and host.
