Rent Villa Mussol Spain
Holiday Home Rental Description
After a day relaxing by the swimming pool, enjoy an evening aperitivo on your rooftop terrace overlooking the sea before wandering to local restaurants when staying at this beautifully styled villa, just a short walk from Binibeca’s idyllic sandy bay.
Villa Mussol exudes contemporary flair alongside Menorcan character with its light-filled living spaces and gorgeous terraces facing the sea. Gaze over terracotta rooftops towards the glistening Mediterranean as you dine al-fresco on your covered terrace or sit back in the outdoor lounge with a glass of local wine. The swimming pool is a fantastic addition with sun loungers and parasols whilst the garden’s palm trees and hibiscus flowers add to the Menorcan charm.
The spacious lounge and dining area has sliding windows opening out to the terrace, allowing seamless outdoor-indoor living – you can also admire vistas of the sea from the L-shaped sofa. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing al-fresco meals at home and there are four attractive bedrooms (three doubles and one twin) with air-conditioning, allowing up to 8 guests to sleep at Villa Mussol.
Even the courtyard is a lovely spot for a morning coffee and there’s a spiral staircase leading to the elegant roof terrace with breathtaking vistas towards the azure-coloured sea.
Pass the little supermarket and a small handful of restaurants as you wander down to the sandy beach, around 20 minutes on foot. There’s a diving club nearby for snorkelling trips, boat tours and kayak hire as well as a popular waterpark en route to Punta Prima.

Located in an attractive residential area of Binibeca, Villa Mussol enjoys glorious sea views from its slightly elevated position. The villa is around a 20-minute drive from the island’s airport.
In just over a 10-minute walk you can be dining out in local restaurants or picking up supplies at the little supermarket. Just a little further away is a beautiful sandy beach (1.5km) with summer sun beds and turquoise coloured water – it really is an idyllic bay.
More adventurous guests will love the tiny calas dotted along Binibeca’s coastline, perfect spots for snorkelling or watch on as locals jump from the rocks. Not far from the villa, the Binibeca Diving Centre offers diving and snorkelling tours as well as other boat trips and kayak rental.
Another great highlight of southeastern Menorca is Binibeca Vell (2.5km) which attracts visitors from across the island. It’s an absolute joy to wander around the warren of narrow, flower-filled lanes with white-washed houses and a pretty church. Although it feels ancient, the village only dates back to the 1970s when it was created by a Spanish architect, inspired by Mediterranean fishing villages. Head there early before the day-trippers arrive and truly soak up its unique ambience.
Menorca’s famous hiking trail, Cami de Cavalls, passes through the mainly residential areas of Binissafuller, Binibeca and Punta Prima, then continues along wilder paths towards Alcalfar and Cala Sant Esteve before reaching Mahon, the island’s capital.
The charming village of Sant Lluis, just over a 10-minute drive away, is worthy of your time with its inviting restaurants and 18th century mill, Molí de Dalt, now an ethnology museum. Gastronomes and wine-lovers alike will appreciate one of Menorca’s oldest wineries, Bodegas Binifadet, where tours and tastings in English and Spanish can be arranged or book a table in the restaurant to experience Menorca’s authentic cuisine.
