You’ll achieve zen like status when you stay at Villa Mas Alba, snuggled in the forests above the bustiling holiday town of Sitges, on east Spain’s Mediterranean coast. This incredible architect designed villa is all about the flow, as the interior space seamlessly connects with outdoor living. The property is set in meticulously maintained grounds, with manicured lawns, and a heated swimming pool. Seven unique double bedrooms are arranged over the two floors, hosting up to fourteen guests in some style. The interiors are stunning, with double height ceilings, exposed industrial piping, creative lighting, natural wood panelling, and panoramic woodland view windows. Villa Mas Alba comes complete with complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, smart televisions and audio speakers, and private parking and integrated appliances.
Enter the villa at first floor level, where there is an impressive vaulted living space, with floor to ceiling sliding doors that open onto the pool terrace. The seating area has two soft grey sofas, a handcrafted coffee table, and a flat screen television. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest integrated appliances which you will need to cater for your stay. A breakfast bar with tall stools is ideal for casual meals, whilst the ten seater dining set is perfect for some splendid indoor entertaining. The first of the seven beautifully appointed bedrooms can be found on this floor, with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and access to the pool terrace. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with twin beds, which share a bathroom, just right for a small family.
Ascend the double-height, floating staircase to the ground floor, where there is a recreational space with table football, and a TV area. The Master Suite has a large double bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath tub. There is a bedroom with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, and two bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom.
Step outside onto the pool terrace and admire the view. Take a swim in the lovely long pool, sun bathe on the wooden Balinese recliners, cool off under the shower in the outdoor bathroom. Meet for morning coffee and sun set cocktails at the soft seating spot, before taking a seat at the outdoor dining set, and feasting alfresco with dishes freshly cooked on the built-in barbeque.

Villa Mas Alba is perfectly positioned in beautiful woodlands, near to Sitges, on the Mediterranean east coast of Spain. It’s a short twenty five minute drive from Barcelona International Airport to your holiday home, and a thirty minute drive into the city of Barcelona. The nearest beach, of which there are many can be found in Sitges, just ten minutes’ away.
In the holiday hot spot resort of Sitges you will find everything you need to cater for your holiday, shops, stores, and daily markets, and a plethora of trendy cafes and bars, and international restaurants to please every palate. The best beaches are reputedly Playa de la Fragata, Ribera, and San Sebastian, with golden sands, crystal clear waters, and lively beachside bars, not to mention the watersports, including windsurfing, paddleboarding and kayaking. Keep fit with a game of golf on the nearby course, a set of tennis at the nearby court, or hike the surrounding hills on well-worn trails. All aboard for a boast trip around the coast for a day of sunbathing, swimming, and snorkelling.
For the culture vultures Sitges has some notable churches, the Maricel and the Cau Ferrat Museums, and the Palau de Maricel. Explore the old town with its quaint narrow streets, and local restaurants. Go to Barcelona to see Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia cathedral, Park Guell, and Casa Batlo and Mila. Walk down the La Rambla, visit the Gothic Quarter, and the Miro and Picasso Museums. Venture further afield to the mountain range of Montserrat, the coastal city of Tarragona, and the Catalonian Cava Wineries.
As night falls dance until dawn in one of the many bars, clubs, and discos, and watch the sun rise!
