Across the terrace in the Guest House can be found another bedroom with a queen-sized bed and sofa that converts to a sleeper for 2, not to mention a fully equipped kitchen, dining setting, and bathroom with WC and shower.

Perry House also boasts two wonderfully shaded patios. The first, connected to the house, features a complete outdoor kitchen with refrigerators, a stove, and a kitchen island with counter stools. This patio also includes a comfortable lounge area overlooking the pool. Across the other side of the pool stands a cabana with a portable BBQ grill, bar cart, and games area, fostering a convivial atmosphere for shared moments and laughter.

There are plenty of incredible sights within walking distance or a short drive from the villa, including Vizcaya Museum & Gardens (28-minute drive), a stunning Gilded Age estate surrounded by 10 acres of gardens and a wonderful place to explore close to home. And the Venetian Pool (40-minute drive), one of the most beautiful public pools in the world.
The nearby Coral Gables neighbourhood itself (30-minute drive) is renowned for its trendy boutiques and eateries. Stroll the Miracle Mile to take in its bevvy of art galleries, unique shops, design studios and spas.

For those looking to experience Miami’s famous nightlife, Biscayne Blvd (27-minute drive) is close to hand and a go-to spot for a night out, thanks to its plethora of bars, lounges, and restaurants.
