The two-storey, detached Villa Enoki, is set in its own grounds, with verdant lawns and mature trees, and views of lemon, orange, and olive groves.
This imposing property is constructed out of classic Mediterranean whitewashed walls, surrounded by a local stone wall and high fences, trimmed with white wrought iron gates, railings, and balcony guards. Villa Enoki comes complete with private parking, complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, and your own centrepiece swimming pool. This recently refurbished property has impressive interiors, furnished in the style of an opulent French country house, and graciously decorated in a palette of exquisite, rich jewel colours.
Drive through the wrought iron gates, and enter the double-fronted Villa Enoki to discover your splendid holiday home. Through the marble-tiled hallway, there are two formal sitting rooms. The first has an L-shaped red sofa, wood coffee tables, a display cabinet, home to a flat-screen television, and an open fireplace for those cooler months and evenings. The second seating area has a wrap-around red sofa, coffee tables, formal armchairs, and a leather pouffe. The yellow and white kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest built-in appliances you will need to cater for your holiday. In the kitchen, there is a six-seater dining set, perfect for a convivial breakfast.
Villa Enoki has five beautifully appointed, ornately dressed, double bedrooms, all with French doors that open onto the veranda or furnished balconies. Four of the bedrooms have double beds, some of them four posters, and one has twin beds, which can be converted to a double. There are four modern bathrooms, some ensuite, some with walk-in showers, and a shared family bathroom with a bathtub.
Access the paved terrace from the ground floor double doors, where you will find the villa’s inviting grounds and gardens. A swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by deep-cushioned, wooden sun loungers, perfectly positioned to catch those rays all day long. Relax on the well-manicured lawns, under the shade of tall trees, and catch up on this summer’s best seller. Meet for sundowner cocktails at the built-in outdoor bar, complete with bar stools. Feast alfresco under the canopied dining area, with local delicacies freshly grilled on the brick chimney barbeque, then raise a toast to the most memorable Grecian holiday.
