For further adventures, hop on a ferry at Angera to visit the charming village of Arona where you can take a trip to any of the spectacular sights around the lake – Stresa and the magical Borromean Islands being well worth it. Amble around the town of Verbania or Cannobio’s lakefront piazza with its ancient buildings. Then there’s picturesque Maccagno and Luino with its famous market – amongst many more on this enchanting lake that will quite literally take your breath away.
