In the Bonaire area to the north east of Pollensa, Villa Febe is an attractive 3-bedroom villa which is only 2km from the beach. This location, and its gorgeous pool and terrace, makes it a great choice for those who love the sun, and the interiors will meet with the approval of design lovers too.
The house features wooden floors and purpose-built furniture, and offers lots of space. It gets lots of light from full-length windows and patio doors, which provide easy access to the terrace.
You can relax by the pool, either on a sun lounger or on the casual covered seating area. There is also a portable barbecue and an outdoor dining area, plus an outdoor shower for a post-swim freshen up.
Villa Febe is fully air-conditioned and features an open-plan living and dining area downstairs. You have a seating area with a Plasma TV and satellite channels, plus a DVD player and music system. The kitchen has all the appliances you may need, including a large, American-style fridge freezer.
Also on this level, you have a twin bedroom and a shower room, and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en suite which incorporates a shower and whirlpool bath. Upstairs, there’s another spacious double bedroom with its own balcony.
This villa is within a reasonable drive of both Pollença and the port, Puerto de Pollença, which are around 16km and 19km away respectively. The attractive resort of Cala Sant Vicenc is also a similar distance away. A golf course just outside Pollença is easy to reach and, if you’re bringing the children, you have water parks like Hidropark for an aquatic day out. Its home town, Alcúdia, has much more to offer, including a historically rich Old Town and the beaches Platja d’Alcúdia and Platja de Muro on the Alcúdia Bay.Pollença is an attractive town in north east Mallorca, in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. With beautiful architecture to appreciate, such as the Calvari steps, the town is rich in history. Among its highlights are the ‘Pont Romà’, an ancient Roman bridge, the Mare de Deu dels Angels church with its famous rose window, and the Convent de Sant Domingo.The neighbouring port, Puerto de Pollença, lies to the north and has one of the area’s best beaches, with numerous bars and restaurants to explore in the vicinity. Puerto de Pollença also offers water-sports, a water park for children, and a golf course can also be found just outside the town.Also to the north of Pollença is Cala Sant Vicenc, one of Mallorca’s smaller resorts, and home to three beaches: Cala Molins, Cala Barques and Cala Clara. The landscape is dramatic and hilly, with rugged cliffs and rocks, and its popularity with visitors has seen it develop some excellent restaurants, tapas bars and useful amenities.Further down the coast, Alcúdia has a large marina, serving as a boarding point for boat trips to Menorca and the Spanish mainland. The town is considered one of the most attractive in the area, so don’t miss out on seeing its historic centre, visiting the open-air market or seeing Spain’s smallest Roman amphitheatre.Many beautiful places can be found in the areas further inland, such as the Natural Park S’Albufera, the largest of its kind in the Balearics.
