Villa on 3 levels. Entry is through a security gate down a long driveway to a carport. There is also access to a covered garage with parking for various vehicles. Entry through the main door of the house takes you to the reception area. There is access to the exterior pool from this area. To the right, there are three suites. The main bedroom has a king size bed, walking closet, en suites bathroom with bathtubs and separate showers and direct access to the gardens and swimming pool. Second and third main bedrooms with queen size bed and bathroom en suite. To the left of the entrance is the open plan living and dining room with large flat-screen TV and a billiard room. There is a dining table with seating for 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground level.

On the first floor there is one suite with a king bed and en suite with a bathroom and separate shower. The corridor on the first floor looks over the main living area of the house.

On the basement floor, there is a fully equipped gym & sauna, media room and a disco. The large covered garage is also located on this floor which leads to the staff quarters. In the staff quarters, there is a bedroom, living room and laundry area. Private apartment with the main entrance from the gardens but also accessible from the garage.
