Editor of The Sunday Times Top 100 Restaurants, Karen Robinson, said: “The Sunday Times Restaurant List is the definitive guide to the best places to eat in Britain. We carefully compile and analyse the reviews of thousands of diners to produce our top 100, so the chefs and restaurants that feature have truly earned their place. It is very exciting to see the evolution of the list since The Sunday Times first published it in 2010 – this year has seen a marked increase in the number of restaurants outside London, a sign that we are becoming an increasingly sophisticated culinary nation.”
