Chalet Chardonneret Rouge is a luxurious seven-bedroom mountain chalet that sleeps fifteen. Engulfed by snow-capped peaks and rolling pistes, it’s a winter retreat unlike any other.
Located in the scenic Mussillon district of Meribel, it’s part of the Les Allues valley — one of the largest and highly sought-after ski areas in the world. Sitting on a natural slope, it features large sun terraces facing southwest.
Spanning four levels, the chalet tastefully blends the earthy charm of an Alpine ski cabin with the luxuries of modern comfort. Its Savoyard-style architecture is blessed with uninterrupted views of the snowy mountains and 3 Vallées slopes. Large glazed openings allow plenty of natural light.
After a long day on the slopes, relax your muscles in the private sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. There’s also an exclusive hammam for a leisurely time indoors.
The living room is bright and inviting, with clean lines, elegant wooden accents and comfy couches. Lounge around the roaring fireplace and exchange stories from the day with your loved ones.
You’re never short on entertainment, thanks to the cosy TV lounge and speedy Wi-Fi.
Enjoy sumptuous meals with your family at the large dining table. If you’re staying with toddlers, you can request the staff for high chairs. The adjoining kitchen is open-plan and spacious, with wooden countertops and modern cabinetry. You can whip up your own delicious fondue with the fondue appliance. It’s also kitted with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hobs and dryer.
All seven bedrooms are warm and sumptuous, adorned with wooden furnishing. While some of them also feature Jacuzzis and private terraces, they are all equipped with double or twin-size beds.  There’s also a kids’ room that comes with puffy bunk beds.  
Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms — with a shower, towel dryer, single sink and toilet.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the chalet takes great pride in its ultra-efficient and courteous housekeeping services. Upon arrival, you’re greeted with a bottle of champagne and welcome basket. Scheduled cleanings and towel changes during your stay are provided. There is also end-of-stay cleaning.
The chalet also features with a laundry room and boots heater.

There are options for every kind of pocket. Grab lunch on the terrace of La Cantine d’Alvar, against an awe-inspiring backdrop of Mont Vallon. Sample authentic Indian food at Tsaretta Spice and creamy fondues at La Fromagerie.
If you want a break from skiing, enjoy the scenic hiking trails around the valley. Discover quaint mountain villages, frozen lakes and dramatic peaks. Post 3 pm every day, enjoy dazzling cabaret acts, singing performances and dancers in extravagant costumes at La Folie Douce Méribel-Courchevel.
Meribel Village is a sleepy, beautiful hamlet at a small distance from Meribel Centre. An oasis of serenity, it’s nestled at an altitude of 1400 metres. Marvel at its beautiful wooden and stone chalets. Dive into the region’s history with a visit to its small rustic chapel.
The village square is a township unto itself, with a free car parking, supermarket, bakery, sports shop and two restaurants. Enjoy traditional Savoyard cuisine and French gourmet at these.
