Located in the heart of Meribel Village, Chalet Choucas is a charming, family-friendly chalet — featuring three bedrooms for five guests.
Tucked away in the valley of Les Allues, one of the most celebrated and sought-after ski areas in the world, it’s at a striking distance from enchanting snow fronts and ski schools. Step onto the spacious balcony and soak in gorgeous views of Dent de Burgin.
The chalet tastefully blends the charm of a rustic barn with a wealth of modern comfort. Flanked by hypnotic Alpine slopes and rolling pistes, it’s a dreamy refugee, ideal for a cosy time indoors.
The living room is warm and inviting, boasting earthy wooden elements and snug furnishing. Laze around the sizzling fireplace and exchange stories from your day with loved ones. Relax on the puffy couch and unwind before the TV. Large windows all around allow plenty of natural light.
Bond over hearty meals at the indoor dining table. If you’re travelling with toddlers, you can request highchairs from the staff. The kitchen is fully-furnished — with wooden countertops and cabinetry. It includes a fridge, dishwasher, dryer, induction hobs, kettle and exhaust hood.
All bedrooms are comfy and inviting. Of these, two are en-suite with double beds. The third bedroom is the mezzanine that also features a double bed.  
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the chalet takes great pride in its efficient and courteous housekeeping staff. A friendly housekeeper is available for daily room maintenance. You’re given a fresh supply of linen and indoor slippers. End of stay cleaning is also included.

Chalet Choucas is only a striking distance from charming boutiques, vibrant restaurants, magical fireworks and lively nightspots. Take the Olympe gondola lift or the shuttle to explore the exciting atmosphere of Meribel Centre. Adrenaline junkies are in for a treat, with thrilling winter sports activities like snowshoeing, dog sledging and heliskiing.
Should you encounter bad weather, you would still never get bored. Make your way to Olympic Park and enjoy its activity centre, which includes a 25-metre swimming pool, gym, spa and climbing walls.
Explore La Chaudanne and stop by its myriad of shops, eclectic restaurants and cosy pubs. There are options for every kind of pocket. Grab lunch on the terrace of La Cantine d’Alvar, against an awe-inspiring backdrop of Mont Vallon. Sample authentic Indian food at Tsaretta Spice and creamy fondues at La Fromagerie.
Non-skiers should explore scenic hiking trails around the valley. Discover quaint mountain villages, frozen lakes and dramatic peaks. Post 3 pm every day, enjoy dazzling cabaret acts, singing performances and dancers in extravagant costumes at La Folie Douce Méribel-Courchevel.
Meribel Village is a sleepy, scenic hamlet at a small distance from Meribel Centre. An oasis of serenity, it’s sitting at an altitude of 1400 metres.
