The home’s welcoming interior and two acres of land make for a sociable setting, but it’s far from the madding crowd if you’re here for a serene experience. The hosts here have thought about everything for you. You can play croquet or a bit of football on the lawn, feed the hens, pick herbs and fresh flowers in the cottage garden, have a barbecue on the patio, or pop the cork on something cold and fizzy as you step into the hot tub. There’s even a village pub just minutes away on foot. Here you’re just a ten-minute drive from Buckingham, or fifteen minutes from Bletchley Park, with loads of great country walks on your doorstep.
