The ballroom, which today is the main living space of the home, really is astounding, with 25ft ceilings and gorgeous arched windows, which look out onto the delightful garden. Recline on a sun lounger with a martini and gaze over at the beautiful, glimmering pool or fire up the barbecue and enjoy an alfresco lunch at the table with stunning views over LA. If you prefer to eat out, Hollywood Boulevard is just a fifteen-minute walk away.
