You’re just 100 metres from the slopes – though if even that short distance is too much, take the provided shuttle service. The interiors have a hunting-lodge feel, complete with trophies, a rocky fireplace and sweeping mountain views. Just off the kitchen is a deck with private grill, for cooking up a feast. The outdoor communal areas have a hot tub and pool. While its high ceilings give it a real sense of space, it’s also an intimate spot for cuddling up and nibbling on complimentary chocolate chip cookies (handed out every day at the gondola) while snowstorms roll in.
