Villa Benne is a very comfortable farmhouse located in an historical estate that lies between the cities of Padua and Vicenza and only 60 km west of Venice. It is in the Regional Park of the Euganian Hills. This property has belonged to the noble Papafava dei Carraresi family since the 13th century.
Villa Benne can sleep up to 14 guests in 7 double/twin bedrooms, each of them with en-suite bathrooms. Every room has air conditioning and there is Wi-Fi high speed internet throughout the whole house.
The interior common areas are spacious and comfortable. The living room with its big fireplace, the two dining rooms. The professional and fully equipped kitchen and the huge hall on the first floor will make for a perfect holiday even in the coldest season. Guests will be fascinated by the unique blend between rural atmosphere and the refined furnishings which reveal part of the family history.
The outdoor spaces are safe and fenced. There is a 8 x 16 m swimming pool, also fenced which is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. It has a large surrounding area equipped with beach chairs and sun umbrellas, ideal for relaxing and sun bathing. The house also has a big garden in front of it and another green area in the back with a well kept flowerbed of herbs and flowers.
Within easy reach of the property are the famous Veneto Villas and Cities of Art. The area is also well known for its typical cuisine and good wine. Villa Benne is located in the village Bastia di Rovolon at the foot of the Euganean Hills. The area is quiet and sprinkled with other small towns. Guests can find markets and supermarkets within 2 km. The closest big town is Abano Terme, 12 km away and is famous worldwide for thermal water and spas.

The Euganean hills are also heaven for sport fans. There, guests can practice lots of different sports. Nearby there are three golf courses, a cycling route, a ranch and a tennis court. On the hills, there are lots of interesting trekking routes and places to practice free climbing and paragliding.

The closest airport is Venice, 60 km away from the villa. The closest railway station in in Montegrotto (called Terme Euganee), 14 km far from the villa. A car is recommended, as an alternative and upon request the owners can arrange pick up service to and from the airport and full transport service with a private driver who will be available during the whole holiday.

There are 3 members of staff:- A cleaning lady who cleans the house 6 days a-week and 4 hours per day.- A gardener who is there several days a week.- A swimming pool and maintenance specialist who cleans the pool every day, early in the morning.
