The centre of Murvica town is only a short 150 meters away, situated on a gentle southern slope at the foot of the Vidova mountains, overlooking vineyards, the blue sea and island of Hvar.
Villa Murvica is a recently renovated, traditional Dalmatian stone house, providing a charming mix of character features and modern styles. With a relaxed, romantic atmosphere throughout, this villa is ideal for families or groups of friends, with the living areas spread over two floors there is plenty of space to socialise as a group and find some time to yourself. The main living areas are located on the ground floor, with an open-plan living/dining area and an open kitchen. Although bright and spacious, this living space has a homely, comfortable ambience to it, you can curl up on the sofa and enjoy a hot drink, or sit around the dining table as a group enjoying a bottle of local wine. The sofa also folds out into a double bed, if you have a larger group. There is one bedroom on this floor, with an en-suite bathroom and access directly onto the pool terrace, so you can head straight outdoors from the moment you wake up! Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, both offering en-suite bathrooms.
Outside, there are extra charms, with a covered outdoor kitchen and dining space, perfect for those who enjoy al-fresco living! The private pool is a great spot to gaze out at the most magical part of the property; the spectacular view over the blue sea.
