This villa is located in a small town, just 200m from the nearest centre and beach, in fact, the beach is so close you can see it from the terrace.
An idyllic home away from home, the villa can accommodate up to 9 guests and is the perfect colourful getaway for families or friends.
Just like the outside of the home, the inside of this villa is vibrant and cheerful, with the rooms boasting different coloured walls, from yellows to oranges.
The living areas of this home are downstairs and are open plan, welcoming in the sunlight through the large windows. The living room is cosy, and the ideal spot to snuggle up and read a book or gather around to watch a movie – by popcorn.
One of the joys of a villa is having the opportunity to cook your meals, and this well-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a feast with all of the local divine delicacies, from fresh olive oil to truffles and local wines to finish. Meals can be enjoyed on the large dining table as a group, chatting about the day been and the upcoming adventures.
As it comes time to rest your head, the four bedrooms offer the perfect place for restful slumber, and the five bathrooms in the villa mean much less fighting over who gets to shower first.
Unsurprisingly, the outdoor area of this home takes full advantage of the vast land that the villa is set on. With a large private swimming pool, guests can spend their days soaking up the sun and cooling off in the pool. Come evenings; the hot tub is the perfect place to get cosy as you gaze up at the stars. This secluded villa has a beautiful outdoor dining area and barbeque because al fresco dining on holiday is a must. Istria is a peninsula located on the far north of Croatia, and also on the Italian border, so there is a lot of Italian influence felt in the area. Sun-soakers, history-buffs and food-focused travellers alike visit Istria, as many of the towns and regions are rich in secluded beaches, historical must-sees and some of the finest delicacies – including olive oil, truffles and perfect wine.
The area has a varied climate along the peninsula, from a continental climate around Central Istria to a Mediterranean climate in along the Western and Southern Coast.
This villa is located in Peroj on the southwest coast of Istria. It is an incredibly old town, dating back to prehistoric times, which is evident in the necropolis within the ancient walls of the city. It is a little Istrian paradise, with stunning ocean views.
There is plenty to do in the area, and it is also close to other holiday hot-spot destinations like Pula, a city rich in history and cultural monuments, Rovinj is a town on the western coast of Istria with rich natural heritage and Medulin a town with a long coastline that is somewhat of a modern tourist centre.
